Data Deletion

This page explains how to delete the data associated with the Acto Rummy app, developed and published by DeniDeveloper India, operated by Deniotech Solutions Private Limited (“the Company”), registered at Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201001, India. It satisfies Google Play's requirement that account and data deletion instructions be publicly readable without signing in. Anyone can read and follow these instructions — no login, no account, no app install required.

1. What data exists in the first place

So the deletion steps make sense, here is everything Acto Rummy holds:

• On our servers — your mobile number, records of OTP verification (whether a verification succeeded, when, and how many attempts), and a device identifier with basic technical details such as device model and app version.
• On your own device — your practice scores, game progress, statistics and in-game settings. These are never uploaded to us.

Acto Rummy is a free practice-only game with no real money, no wagering, no prizes and no in-app purchases, so there are no payment, banking or transaction records of any kind to delete. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

2. Option A — Delete your account inside the app

This is the fastest route and it deletes everything at once:

1. Open Acto Rummy on your device.
2. Open the app's Settings screen.
3. Open the Account section.
4. Select the option to delete your account.
5. Confirm when the app asks you to. You may be asked to verify your mobile number with an OTP first, so that nobody else can delete your account.

Once you confirm, your account is closed immediately and your data is erased on the schedule in section 5. This cannot be undone — your practice history and progress cannot be recovered afterwards.

3. Option B — Ask us by email

If you cannot access the app — for example you have lost the device or changed your number — email us and we will delete your account for you.

1. Email business@denideveloperindia.com.
2. Use the subject line “Acto Rummy — Delete my account”.
3. Send it from the email account you use, and include the mobile number registered with your Acto Rummy account so we can identify it.

We will verify that the request genuinely comes from the owner of that number before deleting anything — this protects you from someone else deleting your account. We acknowledge your request within 24 hours and complete the deletion within 15 days. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no charge.

4. Deleting the data held on your device

Your practice scores, progress and settings are stored only on your phone. Deleting your account does not by itself wipe your handset, so to clear those as well:

Clear the app's data

1. Open your device's Settings.
2. Tap Apps (or Apps & notifications → See all apps).
3. Find and tap Acto Rummy.
4. Tap Storage (or Storage & cache).
5. Tap Clear storage (or Clear data), then confirm.

Or uninstall the app

1. Press and hold the Acto Rummy icon on your home screen or app drawer.
2. Tap Uninstall (or drag it to Uninstall), then confirm.

Either action permanently removes all locally stored Acto Rummy data from that device. Note that uninstalling the app does not delete your account on our side — to remove your mobile number from our records, use Option A or Option B above.
