Privacy Policy

Effective 22 July 2026

The short version: Deni Rummy is a free, practice-only rummy card game. There is no real money, no account, and no login. Your gameplay progress, settings, and stats are stored only on your own device. We do not collect your personal data and we do not sell or share data with third parties for advertising.

This Privacy Policy explains how the Deni Rummy Android app (“Deni Rummy”, “the app”, “the game”, “we”, “us”) handles information. Deni Rummy is developed and published by DeniDeveloper India, operated by Deniotech Solutions Private Limited. By installing or using the app, you agree to this Policy.

1. About the app

Deni Rummy is a free, practice-only rummy card game played against offline computer opponents (bots). It is skill practice only. The game contains no real money, no deposits, no withdrawals, no cash prizes, no in-app purchases, and no virtual coin or currency system of any kind. No account or login is required to play.

2. Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store personal information about you. Specifically:

3. Data stored on your device

Your gameplay data — including game progress, settings, preferences, and statistics — is stored locally on your device only, using your device's own storage. This information stays on your phone. It is not uploaded to us, is not accessible to us, and is never sold or shared.

4. Google Play Services & analytics

Deni Rummy may use Google Play Services, provided by Google, for standard operation and delivery through the Google Play Store. Where enabled, Google Play Services may process limited, aggregated technical information (such as a general device or app-performance signal) in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. Any such information is handled by Google, not stored by us, and is not linked to your identity by the game.

If any analytics are used, they are limited to anonymous, aggregated app-usage and stability metrics that help us fix bugs and improve the game. They are not used to identify you and are not sold or shared for advertising. You can review Google's practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Crash reporting

Deni Rummy may use a crash-reporting tool (for example, Google's crash reporting via Play Services) to record anonymous diagnostic data when the app stops unexpectedly — such as the device model, operating-system version, and the technical state of the app at the moment of the crash. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix problems. It does not contain your personal identity and is not used for advertising or sold to anyone.

6. Advertising and data sharing

We do not sell your data, and we do not share your data with third parties for advertising purposes. Deni Rummy does not include real-money features, so no financial or wagering data exists to share.

7. Permissions

Deni Rummy requests only the minimum permissions needed for its features to work on your device. Where a permission is requested, it is used only for the stated purpose and never to collect or transmit your personal data:

The game does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or SMS.

8. Children's privacy

Deni Rummy is not directed at children under 18. Although the game involves no real money, deposits, or prizes, it is rated 18+ because of its card-game theme. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. If you believe a minor has used the app in a way that concerns you, contact us and we will assist.

9. Security

Your data is protected by your own device's security. Because the game stores your data locally and does not run an account system or a server that holds your personal data, there is no central database of user identities that could be breached.

10. Your rights and control

You are always in full control of your data. You can clear all of it at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the app. See our Data Deletion page for exact steps.

11. Changes to this policy

If we update this Policy, the revised version will appear on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Policy.
