Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 February 2026

The short version: One Habit is completely free, doesn't ask you to sign up, doesn't collect your personal data, and doesn't send anything to any server. Everything you track stays on your own device. Delete the app and it's gone with it.

This Privacy Policy explains how the One Habit: Habit Tracker app (“One Habit”, “the app”, “we”, “us”) handles information. One Habit is developed and published by DeniDeveloper India, operated by Deniotech Solutions Private Limited. By using the app you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information about you. Specifically:

2. Information you enter in the app

Any habits, streaks, reminders, custom colours, icons, or settings you create are stored locally on your device only, using your device's own storage. This information never leaves your phone, is never uploaded to us or any third party, and is never accessible to us.

3. How your data is used

Because your data stays on your device, it is used solely to make the app work for you — showing your habits, streaks, and progress. We have no access to it and cannot read, analyse, sell, or share it.

4. Data sharing

We do not share your data with anyone, because we do not have it. One Habit does not include advertising networks or analytics tools that collect personal data.

5. Data retention and deletion

Your data lives only on your device for as long as the app is installed. You are always in full control:

Since we hold no copy on any server, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on our side. See our Data Deletion Policy for details.

6. Children's privacy

One Habit does not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children. As no personal data is collected, the app is suitable for a general audience.

7. Permissions

One Habit requests only the minimum permissions needed for its features to work on your device — for example, notification permission for habit reminders, if you choose to enable them. These permissions are never used to collect or transmit personal data.

8. Security

Your data is protected by your own device's security. Because nothing is transmitted or stored externally, there is no server-side database that could be breached.

9. Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, the revised version will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
