These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the One Habit: Habit Tracker app (“One Habit”, “the app”). The app is provided by DeniDeveloper India, operated by Deniotech Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using One Habit, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The app is free
One Habit is provided free of charge. There are no subscriptions, no required in-app purchases, and no account is needed to use its features.
2. No account required
You can use One Habit without signing up or logging in. You are responsible for the device on which you use the app and for any data you enter into it, which is stored only on that device.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use One Habit only for lawful, personal purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, resell, or attempt to disrupt the app, except where such restrictions are prohibited by law.
4. Your data and privacy
One Habit does not collect your personal data and stores everything locally on your device. How the app handles information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
5. Intellectual property
The One Habit app, its name, logo, design, and content are owned by DeniDeveloper India. These Terms grant you only a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use the app — not any ownership rights in it.
6. No warranty
One Habit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeniDeveloper India shall not be liable for any loss or damage — including loss of data stored on your device — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app. As your data is stored locally, keeping your own backups is your responsibility.
8. Changes to the app and Terms
We may update, change, or discontinue the app or these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will appear on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
